Chris Suffecool is the founder and managing member of Suffecool Law, PLLC, with over 15 years of experience representing businesses, employers, and employees in labor, employment, and civil litigation matters. Chris has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small businesses to advise and counsel on core employment and labor law issues and to litigate on their behalf in federal and state court and represent them in agency hearings. His broad experience includes wage & hour issues, employee relations, discrimination and harassment prevention, FMLA and ADA leave, sick pay, unions, wrongful termination, unemployment benefits, employment contracts and restrictive covenants, and whistleblower and retaliation claims, both at the state and federal levels.

Chris further assists employees whose employers have violated employment agreements or imposed unlawful restrictive covenants (such as overly broad non-compete agreements), on employees.
